Editorial Policy

This page explains how FableMag researches, writes, checks and updates its articles. Our aim is simple: give readers accurate, practical information they can act on, and be clear about what we know, what we don’t, and where our facts come from.

How we research

  1. Official sources firstPrices, features, limits and rules come from the provider’s own pricing pages, help centres, terms and announcements wherever possible.
  2. Regulators and independent reportingFor finance, crypto and safety topics we check regulator registers and warnings, and independent journalism, not press releases.
  3. Dated factsPrices and plans change often, so we state the date we checked them, for example “checked 28 October 2026”.
  4. Clear limitsWhen something can’t be verified, such as a price shown only after sign-in, we say so rather than guessing.

Sources and transparency

Every article lists its main sources at the end, with links. When we use a third-party figure we couldn’t confirm officially, we name where it came from and label it as unconfirmed.

Reviews and recommendations

  • We judge tools on features, limits, pricing, privacy, safety and who they’re best for.
  • Our verdicts are our editorial opinion, clearly separated from facts.
  • We include drawbacks and alternatives, not just positives.
  • Companies don’t see or approve our articles before publication.

Finance, crypto and safety topics

Articles about money, crypto and online accounts carry extra risk for readers. For these we:

  • Never present speculative tokens or schemes as recommended investments.
  • Never promise returns, guaranteed earnings or working “free” codes.
  • Recommend only official apps, websites and channels.
  • Add a clear “not financial advice” note.

Corrections and updates

If we get something wrong, we fix it. Report errors to editor@fablemag.com with a link to the page and, ideally, an official source. We review every report, correct confirmed errors promptly, and update the article’s date when facts change significantly.

Independence and money

FableMag doesn’t currently run ads, accept payment for reviews, or publish sponsored articles. If we ever add affiliate links, sponsorships or ads, we’ll disclose them clearly on the relevant page and in our disclaimer, and they won’t change our verdicts.
